1. The Free Retest

If Google rejects your production access citing "insufficient testing activity," we will immediately run a brand new 14-day closed test with 12 new, verified human testers at absolutely zero cost to you.

2. The Full Refund

If the second free testing period is completed and Google rejects your application again for the same testing engagement reasons, we will issue a full, no-questions-asked refund to your original payment method.

Terms & Conditions

What's covered, and what is not.

The guarantee covers our service execution. It does not cover policy violations or app crashes that are outside of our testers' control.

Covered (Eligible for Retest/Refund)

  • Rejection specifically citing insufficient testing activity or lack of engagement during the closed test.
  • Testers dropping out mid-test, causing your active count to fall below 12. (We prevent this by providing buffer testers).
  • The 14-day clock fails to complete properly due to our testers not logging daily sessions.

Not Covered

  • App Content Violations: Rejections due to malware, intellectual property violations, or restricted content.
  • App Crashes: The app crashing immediately upon launch, preventing our testers from logging sessions.
  • Applying Early: Developers who click "Apply for Production" before the full 14 consecutive days have completed.
