2. Developer Obligations
To successfully deliver our service, you agree to the following:
- Your application must not violate any Google Play content policies (e.g., malware, illegal content).
- You must set up the closed testing track properly within the Google Play Console prior to the testers opting in.
- You will not remove or swap out testers mid-test, nor will you push updates that cause immediate app crashes hindering tester access.
3. Refunds and Guarantee
Our 100% approval guarantee covers our service execution. If Google rejects your production application specifically due to "insufficient testing activity," we will run a second 14-day test for free. 4. Limitation of Liability
While we guarantee tester participation to fulfill Google's requirement, 12 Testers for 14 Days is not responsible for broader account bans, suspensions, or app rejections that arise from policy violations, code issues, or actions unrelated to testing volume.
